Our philosophy in the Wills and Probate Department
is to be friendly, approachable and flexible.
With regard to administering estates, we can offer a full
service of administering the estate of a deceased person which
would include finalising all their financial affairs and preparing
proper accounts at the end of the administration for approval
by the executors and beneficiaries. In more simple estates
we can sometimes offer to deal with these on a fixed fee basis
where the amount of work we do is limited.
With regard to wills we can offer a fixed fee cost of preparing
simple wills for clients. We do also offer an enhanced service
where clients are looking for inheritance tax advice and require
more complicated wills designed to implement tax saving schemes.
The wills and probate department is managed by Nick Hart
together with his assistants Julie Marshall and Julie Everitt.
