Nick Hart

Nick Hart joined Hudgell & Partners when he qualified as a solicitor in 1981. In his early days he dealt with a broad spectrum of legal work but subsequently went on to concentrate on probate, wills and conveyancing. He became a Partner of the firm in 1988.

Nick Hart now concentrates on probate work, wills, conveyancing, Court of Protection work, commercial and long residential leases.

Angela Simpson

Angela Simpson qualified in 1982 and joined Hudgell & Partners in 1987. She became a partner of the firm in 1994 and specialises in Family Law including Children Act matters, Domestic Violence, Divorce and financial applications within divorce. She is accredited by Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in Child Law (private) and Domestic Violence.

Philip Wilkins

Philip Wilkins joined Hudgell and Partners in 1988 having qualified as a solicitor in 1983. He became a partner of the firm in 1995. He has for some years specialised in law relating to Children, with particular emphasis on Public law proceedings. His work involves dealing with cases associated with social services, adoption, contact and residential disputes. He has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1988 and is also accredited as a specialist Family Lawyer by Resolution, (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) with particular specialisms in Advocacy and Child law.
