We have a thriving Conveyancing Department dealing with the sale and purchase of all sorts of residential and commercial property.

For residential conveyancing we offer a fixed price service. Please contact us for a quotation. All our conveyancing is carried out by qualified Solicitors or supervised staff. We also operate a scheme that if the transaction does not proceed for whatever reason we would limit our fees to a maximum charge of £100.00 plus VAT. Clients therefore do not incur large bills for abortive transactions.

Unlike many Solicitors we have particular expertise in leasehold matters and can advise not only on the buying of flats but also on obtaining Lease extensions, varying Leases and service charges.

We also have expertise in advising and completing transfers of equity, a matter of which a number of non specialist firms are unable to offer.

We also do a fixed price re-mortgage. We are normally able to complete a re-mortgage within one month of receiving instructions.

Our sophisticated computer case management system enables us instant access to the Land Registry and to carry out searches such as local authority searches, environment searches, drainage searches, on line greatly speeding up the conveyancing process.

We are also able to arrange Home Information Packs. We are happy to give you details of this on request.

Business and Commercial
We have a thriving Department specialising in commercial conveyancing being the buying and selling of commercial property both leaseholds and freeholds. We also have specialists in the acquisition and sale of small businesses and the formation and management of limited companies.

The Department is headed by Nicholas Simpson. Often we are able to provide a fixed fee quotation for most transactions. When a fixed fee is not appropriate we are able to give an accurate guideline as to the possible costs which will be incurred in the transaction.

Mr Simpson has particular expertise in the acquisition and sale of restaurants and hot food takeaways and can give advice concerning liquor licensing.
