Hudgell & Partners was established circa 1930 by, Maurice Hudgell, who set up several offices in central and south-east London.

The Woolwich office was for many years run by John Norman (Jack) and it was in 1975 that Nick Simpson joined the Practice as the “new” Litigation Solicitor. Nick Hart joined the Practice in 1981 from which time the Practice has expanded considerably. We now have a staff in excess of 35 people.

Each of the Partners manages a department within the firm. For details of our specialist departments see our services. Our solicitors have a wealth of experience and are backed up by extremely capable staff and a very sophisticated computer system. All of this enables us to give a high level of service to our clients who invariably return to us and recommend other clients.
